The Bestpass portal uses business intelligence and analytics to generate detailed reports of your tolling expenses so you can better understand your bill. It shows you which routes are costing you the most money and which trucks are running up the most tolls, enabling you to adjust accordingly to cut costs and focus on other parts of your business.

Toll-by-Plate Coverage

E-ZPass comes with Bestpass toll-by-plate coverage in and outside of commercial E-ZPass territory. Through toll-by-plate, we enter your vehicle's plates on file with the tolling authorities. When you go through tolls, the software itemizes your tolling expenses by truck and takes money from your account to pay them. 

This coverage feature helps so that even if you are not traveling out of the northeast regularly, you are not racking up violations when you do. Also, If your transponder isn't read correctly at a tolling gantry, our platform will detect and resolve the issue using your filed plate. With your plate, we can identify your account and use your funds to pay the toll, preventing you from getting a violation. Fewer violations mean fewer tickets to pay.
